Wow the vibration on this guy is super strong. I didn’t expect it to be this powerful. Tiny but mighty. It’s so strong that my hand felt itchy afterwards just from holding it while it was vibrating. It’s easy to use and it comes with a strap so it’s hands-free. It’s adjustable to be able to use it on target areas.

This massage band is comfortable, easy to adjust, and fits most areas of the body up to 45 inches round. It starts on L1, and after a moment, you can switch to the other levels (L2-L5 and P1-P3). It works great on the lower back and thighs, though it may feel bulky on smaller arms. I love that it’s hands-free, so I can go about my housework or other tasks while using it, and it’s also comfortable for sitting. I do find it borderline ticklish at times in the standard levels, and I also find it tricky to hold while pulsing for extended periods. It did need to be charged when it arrived, and while it comes with a cord, you'll need your own plug for the outlet. The battery lasts around 6 hours once fully charged. Overall, it’s a convenient and versatile massager!

You can use your hand to place it where you need it or use the belt for hands free. It has several different modes; however, it doesn't really tell you anywhere which ones are better for different benefits. I guess you just move through the modes until you find one that feels good for a paticular part of your body. I attached photos of the included directions which are minimal but sufficient. On the Amazon product description page it says that it burns fat but I wish it had more information about which mode to use. I am glad I got this product and look forward to using it for fat burning and for the recent back pain I have been having. So far it is releiving the back pain I have after sitting. another neat thing about this is that you could wear this traveling. My back has been hurting after sitting in the car for hour long trips. I will try this on my next trip!
